At GoGirl Network, we sell sanitary napkin kits directly to our members. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

⚠️ Hygiene products (sanitary napkins) cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened, as per standard health & safety regulations.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the kit (or within 7 days if kit not received). Email or WhatsApp us with your complaint.

Share your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_) or UPI Transaction ID, your registered phone number, and a brief description of the issue.

For damaged/wrong products: attach a photo or video of the package received.

Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the kit has been dispatched (tracking ID shared), cancellation is not possible.
